The research fellow will work with Dr Steven Wexner, the ISFGS North American chapter president to develop and validate metrics for the safe, appropriate, evidence-based use of fluorescence guided surgery. The fellow will interface with surgeons in all surgical disciplines across the MedStar Health system and with thought leaders around the world. Preference will be given to applicants with an established academic record in fluorescence-guided surgery and to individuals with advanced training and education in surgical education, test design, and psychometric analysis. The successful applicant will begin work during July or August 2026.
