Dr Alex Boue is a General Surgeon with advanced subspecialty training in Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary (HPB) surgery, and over 20 years of international experience across Argentina, Spain, New Zealand, and Australia. He is currently based at Manning Base Hospital, NSW, and is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS). Dr Boue has expertise in complex HPB procedures, minimally invasive surgery, and endoscopy (GESA-certified). He has completed multiple fellowships in Australia and New Zealand, contributed to over 140 robotic cases, and is actively involved in teaching and research as a Senior Lecturer at James Cook University, with numerous international publications and conference presentations.
